San Jose House
The San Jose House is a new build that combines modern sophistication with organic coastal design. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms sit within more than 6,000 square feet of air-conditioned space, laid out for comfort first.
The house looks at the water. The pool terrace steps down to the bay, the living spaces open toward it, and the materials were chosen to feel calm rather than showy.
