If you are not completely satisfied with our initial concept, we partner with you to better understand your preferences and expectations. We will take the time to regroup and make necessary adjustments. Our architectural and design fees are billed hourly, allowing flexibility to refine the design until it perfectly fits your vision.

In our cost-plus model, we start by thoroughly discussing your project requirements and preferences. We estimate costs of materials, labor, and expenses, apply a transparent project management fee and do not markup any costs for items purchased through our vendors and suppliers for our profit, and maintain open communication throughout to keep your project aligned with your goals.
